THE LIBYAN DERMATOLOGY & VENEREOLOGY SOCIETY (LDVS)

Established in 1992, and all dermatologists in Libya became members of the LDVS.

Aims of LDVS are:

To encourage and provide supervision of research in dermatology & STDs

To help in improving the knowledge & skills of LDVS members

To organize national dermatology symposia & conferences and, participate in Arabic & international dermatology conferences

To Publish National Scientific Journals in the field and periodics

To cooperate with other international dermatology societies

To increase public education about skin diseases

To strengthen relationship between dermatologists
